New Glass Crusher Installed

We’re excited to announce the installation of a new Expleco glass crusher at the club, reinforcing our commitment to reducing waste and improving sustainable practices on-site. The machine transforms used glass bottles from our bar and clubhouse operations into a fine, sand-like material. This innovative solution means that instead of sending glass to landfill or relying on external recycling collections, we can now process and repurpose it right here at the club.  The sustainability benefits include:

• Significantly reducing glass waste sent to landfill
• Lowering carbon emissions by cutting down on the need for glass collection and transport
• Producing a versatile, reusable material that can be utilised for pathways, landscaping, ditch maintenance, and other course improvement projects

This investment supports our ongoing goal to make the club more environmentally responsible and reduce our overall environmental footprint. The introduction of the Expleco crusher is another great example of how small, practical changes can make a meaningful difference.
