Dress Code

GENTLEMEN'S DRESS CODE ON THE COURSE
Shirts must have a collar and be worn tucked in to trousers or shorts
Hat must be worn correctly (baseball caps correct way round)
Trousers must be tailored
Shorts must be tailored, ‘bermuda’ length and worn with knee length hose or white sports socks (a small coloured band or motif on socks is acceptable)
Strictly no denim or ‘cargo’ style trousers/shorts of any length, trainers or tracksuits

LADIES DRESS CODE ON THE COURSE
Tops without sleeves must have a collar and tops without a collar must have sleeves.
Hats must be worn correctly. (baseball caps correct way round)
Shorts must be tailored and knee length.
White sports socks
Jeans style trousers are acceptable but no blue denim
Strictly no denim or ‘cargo’ style trousers of any length, trainers, vests or tracksuits.

CLUB & COURSE RULES IN BRIEF
Tees Gentlemen –Yellow Tee Boxes Ladies – Red Tee Boxes

Dress in the Clubhouse:   Smart casual dress is permitted in the main lounge until 7pm.
No collarless shirts, hats or trainers permitted. Smart denim is permitted.
Shirts/polo shirts must be tucked in.

Insurance The Club cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal goods belonging to your group. Each
Security player should have his/her own insurance cover for such losses and for third party liability.

Etiquette The co-operation of all golfers is requested in observing the etiquette of golf, with particular reference
to: • Slow play • repair of pitch marks on greens • replacement of divots • raking of bunkers •
Please adhere to allocated tee times, otherwise you may find that your group is unable to play.

Trolleys Wide wheeled trolleys only. Trolleys are often not permitted during the Autumn and Winter months.
The Club does has four buggies for hire (£25 each per day) please book well in advance – personal
buggies allowed subject to the Secretary’s advanced authorisation only.

Accounts All accounts MUST be settled in full with the bar prior to leaving.

Players All players must be competent golfers.

Mobile Mobile phones may only be used in the Car Park and not in the Clubhouse, on the Course or on the
Phones Terrace Area
